Uncle Sam knows how to get things done. But truth is, well, the truth... The devastating hurricanes Katrina and Rita swept three cities clean last year correcting the Hollywood illusion. President George Bush had to visit the same place again on August 28, 2006, to pay homage to storm-hit America (“I take full responsibility for the federal government’s response,” he touted) as nature unleashed another storm, Ernesto.
